Hey everyone, I have received two nominations for GCSU President 2010-2011 to start this year’s race for president! The candidates are: Jenny Buckley Both of their manifestos are attached – Have a read through them (although I’m sure that by the weekend the place will be plastered with them!). The candidates will also be giving speeches and taking questions at hustings on Friday (12th) after formal. So make sure you get everything you want out of the candidates before you cast your vote on Sunday (14th) 1800-2000, and Mon/Tue (15th/16th) 1200-1400 and 1800-2000. You will also be voting on the referendum over the welfare split – Details are on the GCSU notice board and will be out electronically soon! The results will be announced in the bar on Tuesday at ~2100-2130! There will be some kind of bar night to keep you entertained while you wait, and Cindies tickets will be £2 entry for Caians (and candidates will get in free!). So come join us and celebrate the end of my reign/the beginning of a new one!! Much excitement!!
