Occasionally things happen and you find yourself in a situation that you want to talk about with someone else. Depending on what it is it may seem too insignificant to go to someone official about or may involve all or some of your mates and you feel that you can't talk to them about it. This is where the college peer counselling scheme can help you. There are now 10 peer supporters, all having been trained by the University Counselling Service and currently studying at Caius, and all willing and happy to be approached about any problem large or small. We can talk over email or meet confidentially, somewhere private, at a time that suits you. To get in touch just email us individually at the addresses below or you can email the team at caiuspeersupport@lice.co.uk and the person who is most able to help you will be in touch. No problem is too insignificant to chat about and nothing too serious or too unusual to come to us about. If you need someone with a student perspective to talk to then we are here within Caius to help you. We are also in the process of arranging a weekly drop-in surgery: we will announce the time and place when it is confirmed. Wishing all of you a happy term and year ahead!
